Your Eyes. (standard:poetry, 77 words)
Author: JuliaAdded: Apr 02 2012Views/Reads: 2597/0Story vote: 0.00 (0 votes)
You know, those things embedded in your face that you can see out of.

A soul filled with incomplete thought

But feeling completing those thoughts never finished

A new sort of symphony sung

A small bird set loose to sing straight at the sun

A fresh breeze sent right to my heart

Those pools of soft wisdom a unity brought

Send me straight up to the sky

Your eyes in their deep-colored blanket of love

Nothing else I would want tell me why

My life you hold dear in those eyes.
