Another poem about on the challenge "through rough patchwork fields." This time done with a friend. Feedback is much appreciated! | |||
Winds of Love ~ Through rough patchwork fields I wander slowly, no sickle to wield. In these days of wayside dreams with one raindrop, a hope still gleams. ~ A wish so bright not even the dark of night can diminish the potential it brings. With a new song my heart sings. ~ A song of beauty. Has nothing to do with duty. A hymn of love. Fly away on the wings of a dove. ~ Hand in hand we walk into the light I pull you close and hold your heart tight. You look at me and right on cue the wind, in your voice, says “I love you.” © March 23, 2009 by Lori and TLB Tweet
