A spiritual poem. Can you tell who this person is? | |||
Click here to read the first 75 lines of the story and bore the anguish as the tomb they closed. My Savior, my Redeemer, my Heavenly Father, You are the one my soul chose to follow in life and praise in death. ~ I wasn't His bride on Earth, but in Heaven I wear a gown of white. I've never been worthy of Him. My soul, many times, felt contrite. H never turned His back, never looked away from my plight. Heard my cry and answered in kind. He lit up the night, with His love and mercy. I became one of His delights when He opened my heart and filled it with His spirit and light. He can do the same for you, if you would only open your heart and recite: “Lord, come into my life and make me Yours. I lay down my pride, show me Your might. Help me with this burden I can no longer alone fight. Release me from this sin which holds me tight. I give up my life, whether I'm man or woman, to become Your bride and receive my gown of white.” © March 24, 2008 by Lori Tweet
