Wild A peacock scream pierces the night, conjuring up images of fear and fright, and in the shadows and corners there lay, creatures that may bite and slay. Slowly a cloud slips over the moon, men mumble and woman swoon. The darkness presently becomes complete the fears of man now do meet. A lonely growl rumbles low, as a shadow moves slow, creeping, waiting, about to pounce, it’s body concentrated, every ounce. A movement quick, a shiver in the night, a jump, a leap, a movement slight. It’s prisoner makes no sound, silently it falls to the ground. Dead in a second, gone for ever, for the wild you can not tether. Tweet
