A tribute to that day. | |||
9-11 By: cowgirl_11 9-11 is something for emergencies. On this day, they showed no mercy. 9-11 is supposed to save lives. On this day, it meant more than one person died. 9-11 is friendly forces. On this day, they played without remorse. That was a day of terror. We'll remember it forever. So many lives were lost, How many more, in the end, will it cost? We can try to put it all behind us, But whom can we truly trust? People, out of windows, they jumped, It left us with a feeling of being stumped. Our loved ones are gone forever, Will we recover? NEVER! Some have forgotten that day, Our children will dearly pay. Mothers and fathers paid the ultimate cost, Our children will never know the ones they lost. On that fateful morning, We'll forever live in mourning. We'll never be alone, For this country will always moan. Tweet
