my dearest friend called me from acrossed the world. | |||
The phone rang today I hear the most softest voice My heart begins to pound I can't wait to start talking. And I hear, “It's me, sis.” Holding the phone Hearing her voice brings joy We have shared so much Through good times and bad She has stayed to hold my hand. I have never had a sister like her So kind, So caring The kind words she has to say Always trying to keep me smiling What would I do if she didn‘t stay. As I sit here thinking of this lady I hold so dear to me No one like her in my heart I want her to know I hope we never part Tweet
