Cage Fright 

Sharp daggers of white light slice through barred windows and make
Squint the weary hollow eyes of caged men in this room of doom. 

The amplified melancholy melody beating faster...faster, like a
Fluttering scared heart in the throat of a cornered animal. 

No place to run, no place to hide, just wait and wait for your time to
Subside inside this grey raggedy tenement of gloom.
