a poem about cutting | |||
remembering the pain the rush timid fingers reach out to my razor snapping off the pink daisy guard the tiny cuts on my fingertips increasing the longing I can trace the tiny white lines crisscrossing my arms frustration, anger plainly written, for all to see a cry for beauty, an end to the frustraions salvation thru pain for a few lonely minutes untill it slips away thru my fingers, dropping to the floor Tweet
