Today, Tomorrow, Yesterday

~*~

See me today but not tomorrow,

Know the truth forget the show.

I know myself now and here,

To think tomorrow I cannot bear.

So live with me today,

Don't relive the wrongs of yesterday.

Don't form a path within the lines,

Free your mind and break confines.

To live only is to live the now,

Don't think of when, why, and how.

To spend your life planning tomorrow,

Leads to nowhere in motions too slow.

Your destiny lives in your own hands,

Mold your life within your bands.

Form your own terms and certain truth,

Calm your soul, have muscles soothe.

Don't stress over life's petty tricks,

Live the fullest, ride the kicks.

If tomorrow you shall not wake,

Know you lived for your own sake.

NOTE:: A poem calling to people not to live today planning what to do
tomorrow, but to live today to its fullest. Also to make your own
rules, and see and exercise truth, not false appearances.
