About sadness, "inbetween", happiness and the time it takes for that first kiss...

Hollow Bark Trees

The sky gets dark and the moon hangs low over the hollow bark trees.

A blue-eyed girl bows her head to a loon and admires it with sad

thoughts.

And as the sky gets darker, the moon hangs lower over the hollow bark

trees. The blue-eyed girl tilts her head and watches the loons long

body fly away to the sea's blue ice.

The blue-eyed girl then looks up and wipes out some of the sadness in

her eyed with a thought of a smile that melts the sea's blue ice and

the girls blue-eyes.

The sky gets dark and the moon hangs low over the hollow bark trees.

A hand reaches for a green-eyed girl who bows her head with a glow.

And as the sky gets darker, the moon hangs lower over the hollow bark

trees. Hand in hand the green-eyed girl walks with a brown-eyed boy to

the sea's green tide.

The green-eyed girl stares at the brown-eyed boy and wipes out all

the sadness in her eyes with a thought of warmth and happiness.

The sky gets dark and the moon hangs low over the hollow bark trees.

A brown-eyed girl lifts her head up to the brown-eyed boy who smiles at

her.

And as the sky gets darker, the moon hangs lower over the hollow bark

trees. The brown-eyed girl still walks with the brown-eyed boy to the

sea's brown sand.

The brown-eyed girl and the brown-eyed boy sit on the soft sand and

both watch the loons play in the moons light that streaks across the

sky.

The sky gets dark and the moon hangs low over the hollow bark trees.

A hand helps up the brown-eyed girl who looks into the brown-eyed boys

eyes.

And as the sky gets darker, the moon hangs lower over the hollow bark

trees. The brown-eyed girl stands infront of the brown-eyed boy.

A loon in the moon light that shines across the sea's soft sand, bows

it's head towards the brown-eyed girl and the brown-eyed boy and

admires them with speechless thoughts.

The sky gets dark and the moon hangs low over the hollow bark trees.

The brown-eyed girl and the brown-eyed boy bow their heads together.

And as the sky gets darker, the moon hangs lower over the hollow bark

trees. The brown-eyed girl and the brown-eyed boy lips touch for the

first time in the sea's warm air with a flair of the moons light.
