"...does this mean I have to set you free?" | |||
I've waited a long time for you, baby. Now I guess I'll wait some more. You know, you've never quite finished growing up, baby, and now between us you've posed this door. Maybe it's true that God never made a key, so this obstruction between us will forever be. If that's the case, then I apologize, baby. But does this mean I have to set you free? Somehow I can't give up hoping, give up dreaming, you'll find me for real. Still, maybe I'm worse off then you are baby; yes, maybe I'll never learn too feel. You could say I was wrong, waiting all these years, yeah, wasting all these years for you. It could be that I have too many doubts, but true love has to be true. Written by J. R.
