A cute poem about a little girl in a toy story. PLEASE stay with it. I think you'll like the outcome if you do. | |||
Reptilian Love Laura was told she could have any animal in the toy store. It was her birthday. Laura was five today. ~ Looking around, Laura was amazed to see all the different kinds of animals. Some she had seen before. Others she had only imagined about. ~ There was a rainbow snake. He looked so tempting and fun. But on closer inspection Laura saw he had plastic fangs. She could scratch herself with those. It could get infected and she could die. Laura decides maybe that wasn't the animal for her. ~ On another shelf sat a bumble bee. Yellow and black what could be more fun than that? But Laura saw the stringer and pulled back at the last second. She was allergic to animals that stung. ~ High up on the shelf Laura saw something only seen in the movies. A black and white Orca whale. Cuddly and comforting it may be, but it still had the potential to kill her if it was cornered Click here to read the rest of this story (83 more lines)
