There are times when a man needs to stand up and act like a man. This is what this poem is about. | |||
Pull Up Your Drawers ~ The time has come. The waiting is over. Decision made. Keep it or change it. You have a choice. ~ Chase the girl? She may not be worth it. Let her go? She'll wonder what could have been. Pull her close? She assumes too much. Push her away? She jumps to conclusions. ~ What is right? What is wrong? Is love enough? Or is it too much? Only you can answer those questions. ~ Fear is an emotion, but so is love. One rules and destroys the other. Or harbor one and the other disappears. © February 17, 2008 by Lori Tweet
