A short poem about being put in your place in the world. | |||
By Definition And I might never tell you so you might never know but it's there Oh, it's there And while you might never know, might not know the words You feel it too Oh, you feel it, too And while we won't ever see it it's there all the time In our thoughts in our hearts, it's in our minds It colors the world, it paints us a picture of the unspoken sentiment We know we're both feeling And you can't say you don't know though I say you don't know Because you do Oh, you do Don't try to avoid it, it's already there, it's in so deep now it won't ever leave And it's driving a wedge into our crystalline world Of simple decor and driven home morals Don't try to escape it, I've told you you won't and I haven't lied yet so don't Stick to the plan, stay in the line, don't try to step out, don't try to define Yourself Tweet
