This story is almost all the stories i have written in one.Let me know what you think. : )

An invisible hand seemed to be adjusting a golden cloak around the
orange disc in the sky. The trees stood silent as if waiting for a
command. The birds busy chatting zoomed above me in every direction.
The sky was illuminated in shades of red and pink.

I heard a laugh and looked up at my circular friend who asked me to
remove the protective cloak I wore for this world.

I sat on my swing watching his every move cautiously as he happily moved
closer to me. I was surprised to be the one he noticed. He gave me his
sunny arm to hold on to as he lifted me gently towards him. Birds
rushed past me talking to each other and saying it's finally her day. I
wondered what they meant. It all seemed like some extraordinary dream.

The birds chirped, “This isn't a dream, you are awake.”

The trees gently tickled my feet as I touched their hair being carried
to my sun. Laughing among themselves and saying she's finally here. I
was left feeling more confused as to how all of these nature's
creatures were talking about me.

This time the trees responded, “We've been watching you grow and waiting
to see you find your place amongst us.”

The trees swayed, leaving me baffled by their words.

I couldn't figure out whether I was awake or asleep but this felt so
unbelievably real.

I heard a powerful voice, “This is real,” which broke me away from my
thoughts instantly.

I saw my orange friend but now he wasn't in the shape of a disc. He was
tall and strong with four legs and beautiful golden hair. I watched him
as he gently caressed the clouds under his hoofs and his brilliant gold
horn lit up the sky.

“You are a unicorn?” I asked, “but how is that possible?”

“ I am what your heart wants me to be. The purest form your soul seeks.
I might be a whale to some and a bird to others but you chose me to be
a mighty unicorn and that is who I am for you,” he lovingly explained.

A crystal drop fell from my eye and as it touched his glorious mane the
sky lit up in dazzling colors. He smiled “Those colors are from your
heart.”

As if he could see the thoughts flashing in my head, he nuzzled, “My
little girl, you have to stop fighting with yourself. You are not
responsible for everything wrong that has happened to you.”

Suddenly I felt a calm presence around me. I turned to look but was
blinded by a powerful purple light. I heard a familiar voice, which had
been lost to me for years. It couldn't be.

Uncontrollable drops ran down my face. The world seemed to stop and all
I could hear was my heart thrashing loudly in my chest.

She smiled peacefully at me as she always had. She seemed strong. Not
like the last time I had seen her, lying in a hospital bed fighting for
relief. I held her with all my emotions and bathed her with tears.

I howled,“Why did you leave me all alone in such a vile world?”

Her tranquil hands touched my head and I instantly felt calm.

My hysterical cries broke into sobs and I whined, “Do you hate me for
who I have become? I have done a lot of bad things. Are you ashamed of
me?”

I took solace in her arms, afraid to lose her again. I knew I had very
little time left with her.

“You didn't even say goodbye, how could you leave me without telling me
what to do,” I cried.
