sitting at a corner 

on a street no one's named 

claimed by the dust 

of a home left unbroken 

but you'll never know 

that life unbroken 

untouched, unshed 

of old wounds 

that never cut across 

your purest flesh 

dear child 

you'll be hidden 

from the truth 

forever 

don't cry child 

you'll be along 

the lines of 

right or wrong 

forever
