Just a reflection of life... | |||
As I walk down the path of life, The gentle breeze wraps itself in my hair. A smile creeps onto my face, As I hear the sweet melodies of the blue birds. The sun’s soft, gentle gaze I can see, Along with my reflection in the river of love. Wildflowers grow in plenty and, Their sweet scent tickles my nose. As I look behind myself, I find a lot of regrets, As I look in front of me, I find a lot of uncertainties, As I look beside me, I find the one thing that keeps me going. It makes me forget the regrets, and not worry about the uncertainties. That one thing in my life is perfect, I hope it never leaves. It’s guiding me through some of the toughest parts of my life. When I look beside myself, what do I find? The most important thing in the world: our love. Tweet
