This poem is about my questioning of a Supreme Being, the human condition, all that cliche stuff... | |||
Moments shake and crackle Night fades to day The whole notion of "Forever" is a joke, An attempt to disguise The inevitable, giving in to Insecurity. But in vain. There's no Disguising that we're Utterly alone. No God can protect us from Ourselves. Where will this God be when We Create Armageddon? What does God think of What we've done? Earth was his pride and joy, We were his masterpiece. Is this what we have to Show for it? When another Ark's in need, Will there be a Noah? What will He think of us Then? Tweet
