This poem is about someone I know very well. Can you guess who it is?

Rue by Night and Fear by Day

He know of his darkest memories, and is to be found usually in the past,
and he sometimes remembers things, he wish wouldn't last.

He fears by day, and rue's by night, and some might say, that he takes
flight.

He keep mainly to himself, but goes sometimes to others, he has a dark
pelt, covered with blue fethers.

He buries it all down deep, his own emotions too, and shows not his
tears inside, which creep down his cheek at night.

He remembers and rues the day, he wronged others, he rues that day, he
wronged himself.
