Your Consequence (standard:poetry, 67 words)
Author: JuliaAdded: Mar 22 2010Views/Reads: 2671/0Story vote: 0.00 (0 votes)
When the life you knew has been destroyed and you feel like there's nothing left.

Walking in dark hallways

Full of old memories

Each glance you take sets another film reeling

Your mind spinning

None of it matters anymore

Everything you worked for

Catching you by surprise

Throwing every bit of you away

It's all gone

Now all you have are these dark hallways

To show you everything you've lost

Whispers razor sharp in your ears

Letting you know

You're nothing anymore.
