A rather dull, dreary but kinda mysterios poem.

Musings of a Pessimist

I am a prisoner.

A Captive of Darkness

The dull monotony that is life

Has enslaved me once again.

In its eternal tangle.

No light reaches my caged soul,

Walls of solitude surround.

No hero of light has saved me

From this Earthly gloom.

The web of misery has ensnared me.

Now I chant with the raven

Nevermore will my heart soar,

No longer is my ecstasy that was.

Trapped in chains my heart,

Never again to love.
