Poem that looks back on youth | |||
walkabout On another walkabout with her , we stopped and talked about this and that ,she had a walkabout umbrella , she put it down and leaned back against a dampening tree unfolding of a lovely knee. she stood . Up above a rainbow to the sky proposed and I looked at her a while, then . looked some more , until a willing Sun found a way back from a walkabout . we walked about all day ,doing this and that . and when the night time came the moon, appeared, far off, high , then quickly fell , hanging lantern bright, behind a tree , green leaves glistening there , then she said , she had to go, she disappeared from view, over there her and silent moon , gone walkabout together nk Tweet
