tearless death | |||
Dung-aw With an earful, Dung-aw clings on doors or windows or swings. She hopes, waits and desires for a burst of cry or even just a weepy sigh. For someone's tears, Dung-aw needs, to hug or caress or knead her thinning, wasting, debasing cadaver of a thousand years - enslaved by death without a tear. Then there's a boy - Dung-aw hears - who frets, growls and bawls. Dung-aw flies, hovers then catches the rush of the crystal tears from a child of uncertain fears. With a chuckle, Dung-aw applies, on her face, neck and breasts the shining, rolling, living tears from a fussing boy who all his loved ones he annoys. But in despair, Dung-aw shouts and roars and howls and stomps for the tears - her salvation, her liberation - refuse to lap or kiss her cadaver of a thousand years. And in a blink Dung-aw remembers, that a loved one's tear or cry or sob solely for her sufferings, pains and death - not anybody's innocent naked wail - could shatter her cold eternal jail. Oh! In great disgust, Dung-aw thus gnaws, nibbles, swallows and devours naughty boys or moody girls or unruly kids who waste their precious tears on spilt milk, shabby dress and broken teddy bears. Tweet
