Pleading with a lover to understand the questions inside her head. And to answer them if he were only willing. | |||
On Bended Knee ~ Questions are what I do best. It beats confessions of the soul. ~ Our love is unconditional. Isn't it? Even though it's nontraditional. Should that be the test? ~ Our love is chaste. Don't you agree? Sadness gets replaced. Can't you tell? ~ With you I'm free. Doesn't that seem odd? Takes you to the ninth degree. Does that make sense? ~ The key is communication. Where's the lock? Listen to the vibrations. Are they loud enough? ~ Take me there. Do you remember the way? End the despair. Don't you know how? ~ Just call my name. Do you remember what it is? Love plays no game. Are we winners or losers? ~ I love you. Do you still love me? Let romance be the glue. Will you stick with me? ~ This has no end. Does it matter? Love doesn't bend. Do you? © March 5, 2008 by Lori Tweet
