Part of Me

Just beyond my reach, 

Though I can touch it in my thoughts, 

Is a dream I keep a secret. 

In this dream I find 

That inside my mind 

I can see 

That I want to be 

That girl, 

The one inside my heart 

Who makes me feel the way I do, 

Who is yearning to break through 

And make my dream come true. 

And so I wish with all my heart 

That my dream will start 

To come alive in me 

So that I may be 

That girl, 

The other part of me.
