Poem about the curse of madness. | |||
The voice that was once mine Seems buried far beneath Lost to all that once was me A far cry of bewildered loss Frozen on a corpse's lips So sweet, so soft, so very dead The perfect image of me Layers of Earth far over my head Crushing my hopes within Barage of faithless meanings Spinning in a universe of darkness Webs decayed and won The madness within Given a title A title so unique and vague They can identify My madness, my title My name uttered a curse.
