This is a poem about a american marine I met and fell in love to....but he had to go away.... | |||
I met you one summer night in a caffe near the sea. You stood under the light and then you saw me. You tried to speak but I just looked the other way, you wanted to meet but didn’t know what to say. And then I saw your eyes blue as sky I said that americans are dumb and you asked me : “Why?” I tried to explain with a joke in a funny way, but the joke was stupid and it was my horror of the day. You smiled and said: “That’s bad!” I smiled back and then turned red. Maybe I didn’t seem shy but my heart was beating fast in that moment I could die not knowing how long this feeling will last. I went back to my table thinking about you, my concience kept asking me: “What will you do?” I came back and and asked you to come with me, for a walk or to smoke weed near the sea. Next thing I know I was kissing your lips feeling your hands touching my hips. I felt so good near your heart but I knew we had to part. That Sunday ,sea took you away from me for a while or forever we will see. Although we are miles apart you will always have a special place in my heart. Tweet
