The intrigue and fascination of being in love | |||
Strewn all over my heart Is a tender feeling of familiarity A vicious plague of endearment With the feeling in my mind. Silent ripples run within my veins Like the eerie taste of mint in my mouth When your calm aura engulfs mine. My breath is in siege Like a rat in a python's strangulation When she locks her dear eyes on me My spirit leaps up high in a joyous dance Like a balloon cruising to deflation And now I lie back with ease Knowing my heart has an anchor Tweet
