Wishing about being perfect

If I was perfect, 

I would be with you all the time, 

And comfort you when you feel like crying, 

hold you until your tears leave your beautiful face, 

And I'll wait patiently for your loving embrace, 

Wouldn't it be perfect, 

If you were here with me, 

and not interrupted by these human beings, 

Together our hearts would beat, 

As we both lie upon our feet, 

Yet, I could never be perfect, 

Even if I tried, 

Cuz I am but a mortal, 

And all mortals die, 

But I still want to live the rest of my life with you, 

Because that would be perfect for me, 

And that's all I ask of you.
