A Lament To Tolkien | |||
Oh Grey Pilgrim, Oh wondrous soul, No more will you grace us with your skilled words of wisdom For life has written the last page of your Epic. You aged 81 years, and as we can see, You accomplished the amount of genius that would take an eternity. The page has been ripped, and thrown to the flame, Yet you still live on, and still remain the same. The love of the world was in your eyes, And your works have been taken in by surprise. You teach us to search, find and unravel And to walk the path, The Road We Travel. Tweet
