A woman wonders how her lover sees her when he looks at her. | |||
standing totally still in front of a mirror. staring into the glass... it might be a photograph - reflections caught, framed... fading like so many frozen images of dreams. . examining herself with a stranger's eye: curl of hair swell of breast curve of hip. motionless. still. drops of moisture covering imperfect skin. darkness of bruise. crimson slash of scar. . bulge of muscle. roll of fat. hips too wide. thighs. ass. triangle of curls below the swell of excess flesh. breasts - large, heavy. hanging. the female body. sensual. sexual. seeking perfection. failing miserably.
