It's a nice poem, well written with a good use of vocabulary. Has a good message behind it too! | |||
I ALONE ======== I alone, walk on this beautiful Earth. Sitting in darkness, by firelight and hearth. As I sit and stare into the flame ablaze. I try and look at my life, through the haze. Trying to see through all the hurt and the pain. Find shelter and happiness, through storm and rain. I see life from a different view than most. Trying to be the best, not wanting to boast. Thinking, and wondering what it’d be like, What it’d be like to be normal or sane. Standing on teh tracks, watching the train. I try to change my life, hope to remain. Why must I always be the one to feel the wrath? Stand in the wake, see the aftermath. How will I change my desolate fate? Is what I always have to contemplate. Tweet
