This is the plee from a young girl who is begging her true love to stay with her and love her. | |||
The Cry of the Tired Heart By Lily Haythornthwaite I’ll sing thy name, praises above, I will give you, my unconditional love. For your hugs I long, your kisses to quench, my eternal thirst, though my thoughts, may worse, scare you away. Away from my love, away from my heart. Please say you love me, this world will stop, at the stop of beat, the beat of my heart, I cannot with-stand this torture, for if you love me not, an empty shell of misery remains, singing thy praises, and singing thy name.
