All right, the title isn't very good, but this is a *finished* story, the continuation of the untitled story I had posted here a while ago...

You’re right, Khai. Never trust anyone. That one was just waiting for me
to ask them to dinner, so they could poison my food. I love you, Khai.
Tell me a story.

No, I don’t like that story. Tell me the one about me. Your prophesy
about the virgin. Three braids like mine. Maybe I am the virgin. I
think so. I will leave this world, just as you said I would. Someday.

See how beautiful I am in this white dress? I am beautiful. I’m the
virgin. A white dress and three braids in my hair. Khai likes my hair.
His cassock is warm around me. but it’s red. I cannot wear red, I am
the virgin, just as Khai said.

There are such lovely things in the mirror. It reflects my blue walls
with the red writing. There is another world in the mirror. there are
ghastly beings there, but I’m not there, I’m the virgin. Khai protects
me, and tells me stories. Khai’s chair is so nice. Its soft and looks
comfortable, but I cannot sit in it. That’s Khai’s chair. My place is
at his feet.

Dona eis requiem. Khai is my ruler. To Him I am devoted. Him I love and
Him I fear. He who teaches the ways of the world is far wiser than my
useless self. I give myself to him in hopes of salvation from the
world.

The mirror is clear. The beings on the other side aren’t there. Perhaps
Khai has banished them forever. I hope he has, those things are so
hideous, and when I see them, they’re trying to escape the mirror. They
scare me, but they cannot get out.

Where is Khai? Is he in the mirror? I would see him if he was, in his
red cassock and gold buttons. Khai! Where did you go? Why are you
leaving me here in front of the mirror? What if the mirror beings
escape! Where are you?

What’s wrong, Khai? Why are you in the mirror? Where are the mirror
beings? Why do you wear a black cassock?

I’m in the mirror. Khai, I’m in the mirror! I can’t get out! Khai! Khai
help me! No, don’t walk away! I’m in the mirror! Khai! Don’t leave me!
Don’t leave me with the other beings in the mirror! Damnit Khai! Come
back, please! Khai! ...Khai! Please, please come back! Damn you Khai!
Damn you!

Dona eis requiem. Khai is the Devil. Don’t leave me, Khai. Dona eis
requiem. The bell tolls thirteen and the virgin wears red. I love Khai.
Dona eis requiem.

Blood. my hands hurt. They’re red, but I like red. Khai likes red too.
Khai was in the mirror. I was in the mirror too, but I got out. Khai
was in the mirror.

I’m taking the braids out of my hair. My hands turn my hair red. Sticky.
Khai wouldn’t like that. But Khai was in the mirror. And I’m not the
virgin.

I’m going to sit in Khai’s chair. It’s not Khai’s chair anymore. It’s
mine. And it’s red. I like red.
