I wrote this when my best friend got kicked out of their house. She was only 13. She had to go to Tampa to live with her dad.

It then spreads

That huge ass mess

Into a fire pit.

Lights a bonfire.

Collects the ashes,

Spreading them all over

This accursed world,

So you can never

Put yourself back together.

The worst part is still yet to come.

Taking your heart,

Out of the mess,

And deciding to keep it.

Locking it up in a

Wretched chamber.

With razors and knives

Plastering all sides.

So it can continuously,

Fill your heart,

With torturing pain and memories.

Your poor, broken,

Defeated, wretched,

But infinitely beating heart.

Although, this is only

The beginning of the

Pain you will forever feel.
