A friend of mine told me to let my muse keep me in imagination's forest. I liked the comment so much I wrote a poem about it. What is in imagination's forest? I'm not really sure, but why don't you read to see what I wrote. | |||
Click here to read the first 75 lines of the story Here was pretty flowers blooming different colors. Baby lion cubs rolling around in the brown dirt. Lion manes shining in the moonlight. A treasure trove is what he found. In this place he could find a mate. Someone he could love above all. Somewhere he could raise a tiny flock just like him. He could grow old here and enjoy the sounds of life and be happy again. Here was a home set before him. All this he saw while flying high below the clouds. © January 26, 2008 by Lori Tweet
