There is a song by this name which has been sang by the greats, including Frank Sinatra and Neil Diamond. I heard it by Jordan Sparks and it touched me. This is my feelings about the song. | |||
Click here to read the first 75 lines of the story I want something, so much more precious. Yes, believe me, trust me, love me, when I tell you that I, I, who have so much, Love you a lot. And It runs deep and pure. She can give you many things, and she has. Two of the greatest gifts, a woman can give a man. But can she? Does she? Would she? Could she LOVE you the way I LOVE YOU? You have a life, this I understand. She tends to you, takes care of, cooks for, cleans up after, all the things a wife is supposed to do, she gets to do. You're in pain this I know because you're not at work. It makes me wonder are you home, with HER. I want to drive by to see your car. I long to feel your spirit close to me. I want to take care of you. I want to kiss and make it better. But I can only sit here and wonder who you're with. I can only see the picture of you in my head. I still hear your voice in my head. I can only touch a screen and not the person. I love you, I love you, I LOVE YOU! I am the one who has nothing when I don't have YOU! © October 29, 2007 by Lori Tweet
