Click here to read the first 75 lines of the story I told Grandma that I would not let Granddad hurt her anymore. After many years Grandma lived without Granddad. She became a wonderful handicraft teacher, teaching senior citizen and children alike. I remember her making wonderful oil paintings. I remember Grandma teaching me how to finger paint. I remember Grandma teaching me how to fish with a handline off the boat ramp, and I caught my first fish; a Bream. My schoolmate, Matthew; who was visiting with me, caught three Flathead. Grandma had also taught me the best bait for fishing is a sweet-dough; you can make it by mixing up: flour, water & sugar. Then you knead into a dough and put it on the hook. It's the best bait, maybe, for fishing. You need to experiment with the amount of sugar. The fish can't resist the sweet dough. Grandma taught me that. Thank you Granny. You're a wonderful soul. RIP, Grandma & God Bless You. © 2005 Peter E. Williams [ pew ink ] (First draft, 24 December, 2005; second draft, 23 January, 2006) Epilogue: I have grown to experiment, and experience and love human bondage, but not like that. I prefer LOVE BONDAGE; it's Sane, Safe & Consensual. It's the only good way to do it, I think. Actually, I think it can be a wonderful thing. Tweet
