Greece named Penelope (named by Odysseus of course). As his father
told him, he put on the emblem and he knew where to go. Athena
appeared in front of him to tell him what kind of tasks he might have
to endure. Because the journey that Odysseus took was so painful to
remember that he never shared it. One month after Penelope set sail,
Telemachus had a dream. In his dream, his mother and father looked as
they once did when his father returned from his journey. They were
standing in front of him, in the hall of the house. In the dream
Odysseus said ?You are the king of Ithaca, listen to the gods but most
of all your heart.? Followed by Penelope saying ?Yes, you are our son
and we wish you to make us and the gods proud by carrying on our
legacy.? They then smiled and faded off. Telemachus woke and wandered
what the dream meant. When Telemicus arrived in Sparta he discovered
that his father had died. At first he wanted to turn back but decided
to continue on because of the dream.

Three weeks later a large storm aroused causing Telemachus?s ship to
tear in two. Only Telemachus Cirtus and another man named Sparetese
survived. The waves tossed them violently around for many days. The
strange thing was that the waves were taking the men in the direction
they needed to go and Telemachus could sense it. They arrived on a
sandy coast. His best friend Cirtus was close to death so the two
nursed him back to health. Telemachus sat there the next day in the
sand questioning what was going on. He was definitely sure that he was
where he needed to be but he found not only no trace of his wife but
anyone at all. He cried for he thought that he was tricked by the gods
or just sent to his doom by the wrath of Poseidon. They lucky had
salvaged supplies from the ships but also found wild pigs on the
island, along with turkeys.

Aphrodite showed herself the next day. She wore ribbons and a long vale
covering her whole body. They were the colors of pink and light blue.
Only Telemachus could see her. He pleaded her for answers on why he
was in the state that he was. She answered by saying ? Telemachus you
are right where you need to be. You have not found what you are
looking for because you are looking to hard. You must let it find you.?
With that she left the men.

Four more days they camped out. They had made a hut out of sticks by
then. They were not as bad as they once presumed. That night they
heard sounds of beautiful music. It woke them. Cirtus was back to
health by then. They followed it till they came to the wall of a
cliff. They looked all about the cliff but could not find where the
music was coming from. Then they felt upon the cave and Sparetes fell
through the wall. They were surprised to say the least. When they
followed him, they found themselves in a cave. Torches were on the
walls. They followed the passage downwards. The music kept on rising
as they went. They finally exited the passage to finally a giant
opening under ground. The cave seemed almost as big as Hades, but
certainly looked livelier. There is where all three men set eyes on a
woman sitting a throne like chair. They were mystified by here beauty
and even more when she started to dance to the music. These cultures
were unseen and unheard of by any of them.

For a while they were not noticed but eventually some men that must have
been guards grabbed them and brought them to the woman. ?Who is the
leader here?? asked the mysterious beauty. ?I am.? Proclaimed
Telemachus. She gave a flirty look and said ?Oh I see.? She then said
since they were guests that they must join there feasting and dancing.
Telemachus knew this was the one that was to be his wife. They sat,
ate, drank and danced all night. They learned that they lived under
ground for centuries. Her name was Harena. In the morning they shared
stories and told what had happened. Telemicus asked her, since he knew
that she was the one to be his wife, that she marries him. After
hearing his story and who his father was, she agreed to his request.

The next day Telemachus and Harena walked about the caves and talked.
She told him how she was just made queen of the caves and that?s what
the ceremony was, a celebration of her becoming a woman. Telemachus was
pleased with his future wife and could not wait to get home. That
after noun Harena and Telemachus went to Harena?s house and made love.
Later that night they danced a lot. But she strayed off with other men
and got lost in the crowd. A working girl named Aprita engaged
Telemicus in a conversation. She told how Harena was scheming and
unfaithful. Telemachus told her not to talk bad about his future wife
and she apologized. She did not have near the beauty as Herena had and
she was not very popular. She was also Herena?s old best friend before
everyone started to like her so much, now she is just her slave. She
did have many talents and had very many similarities as Telemachus did.
They talked for a while but Telemicus missed Herena so he bid farewell.
Telemicus could not find Herena or his friends so he decided to just
eat and drink much wine.

In the morning when he woke he went to talk to Harena. As it turns out
she was with his best friends. She slept with his closest friend that
night, both of his were in love with her. This enraged Telemicus and
mad him swell with sorrow but thought maybe that was just a custom and
they weren?t married yet. Later that day he asked Herena if she could
provide him with a ship so he and her could go back to Ithaca. She
replied ?I have no intentions of leaving this place. If you are to
marry me than you must stay here with me! I could marry many other men
you know. When we do get married you must bring your riches here. ?
Telemachus was surprised with what she said and agreed to stay.

Telemachus went to see Aprita to tell her that he was sorry for not
believing her. She said it was fine with her and that he meant nothing
by it. Then Aprita revealed that many of the men in the caves and
Telemachus?s friends were planning on killing Telemachus. She also
told how she heard that it was Herena that advised them too. She
apparently found that she would rather be with other men than
Telemicus. This time Telemachus believed her and listened to her wise
advise. She told him that she would prepare a ship to return him home
safely. It would go on the underground currents and take him straight
home. He thanked her and then left to go pray to the gods. He asked the
gods ? Gods why must you trick me. You said I would find my true love
here and I have not. She is but a traitor and a whoar. Now I have to
leave with no wife or be killed by my own comrades! Please tell me
why!?

Just then Athena and Aphrodite appeared. ?Poor Telemachus can you not
see what is going on here. The love you seek is right under your nose.
Have you not figured out that love does not lie in beauty! If that?s
all that you think it is than we shall not help you anymore!?
Telemachus shouted to them ?I do not understand! My father always said
how beautiful my mother was and could not say it enough! Then what did
he mean?? the gods looked in strife but said soft and calmly
?Telemachus there are more ways of being beautiful you must see this.
Do you understand? Aprita is your true love. Have you not seen how much
she has done for you how honest and loving she is. She does not resent
her friend for turning on her and nor does she resent you for doing so.
She has many same Ideas as you and can relate to you and your parents
in hates. Go Telemicus take her with you on the ship! She wants it and
so do you. Go, now!?

Telemachus ran off to find aprita. He instead ran into a mob of men
wanting Herena. They all had daggers in hand and chased after him. As
he was running someone hit him in the side of the head from a small
passageway. He fell to the ground unconscious. When he awoke he was on
a ship. He saw Aprita stand before him. He looked at her for a while,
squinting with one brow up then wide eyed, it hit him. She was so
beautiful. He loved her with much of his heart. He could see now what
the gods meant. Not only did he see her inner beauty but because of her
inner beauty she now seemed much more attractive on the outside too.

Telemachus rose quickly and Kissed Aprita. She was surprised but
willing. He then took her in his arms and asked her to come with him to
Ithaca to marry him and be he queen. She said, ?I dreamt about this.
The god showed it to me. Now I know dreams can come true.? And laughed
with Telemicus. They quickly cut the rope that was keeping the boat to
the rock and floated down the channel. As they came out and opening of
the rock, the sun shone bright, the water clear, the wind blowing right
for them. The gods were definitely in his favor that day. As they
sailed towards their future kingdom Telemicus held Aprita looked to the
skies and said ? Thank you. ?
